Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to Times Square and various metro stations, but the atmosphere felt a bit cold and could have been cleaner. The service was mostly friendly, but one staff member was indifferent about our room concerns. The included dining was the most terrible I have ever had, unfortunately, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan, making it convenient to visit attractions like Times Square and the Empire State Building. However, the rooms felt damp and warm all the time, which was a bit uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, trying their best with the resources available.
The hotel was a nice place to stay, with clean and quiet rooms, although a little small. The service was super friendly and efficient, quick to satisfy our needs. The location was cool, close to the finish line of the NYC 50th Marathon. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms during our stay. The dining was lovely, with room service offered three mornings. Overall, a compact but clean hotel with convenient amenities.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit tight for the number of beds but were sorted out on a much higher floor, providing a lovely large window that let in plenty of light. Checking in and out of the room was easy, although I found the pricing to be on the higher side for what was offered.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its cozy rooms and convenient location near the subway, restaurants, and a great Whole Foods just around the corner. However, the room size was not very spacious. The service was exceptional, especially with the staff going out of their way to assist us, and the location was perfect for visiting attractions like The Joyce Theatre and Madison Square Garden.
